About the Global Partnership Management Squad 

This role is an initiative from and managed by the Global Partnership Management (GPM) squad which drives and supports partnerships efforts for Seedstars. The GPM squad works closely with the different regional and local squads. The team develops strategy, launches action plans and forges relationships with key stakeholders to grow the organization’s revenue and impact by providing the required funds to develop start-ups.

About the role

The graduate traineeship program - Seedstars Partnerships -  has been developed to grow the business development talent within the organisation. After an initial research assignment to assess your culture fit with Seedstars, the role focuses then on drafting capacity building and investment project proposals to win tenders with development agencies, local government or other organisations. Subsequently you will support your regional team on developing high-end account based marketing campaigns. This job can be done remotely, preferably from the Latam region and will run for a duration of four months with the opportunity to transition to full-time upon completion of the program.

About the Regional Graduate Traineeship Program 

Three pillars:

  1. Onboarding and Insights 
    • Seedstars Culture onboarding
    • Learning program on our insights and data work, sectors, and ecosystem frameworks
    • Support the insight team on research, data gathering, write-ups

  1. Partnership Management  
    • Bid training and analysis
    • Bid drafting 
    • Internalization of terms of reference on concrete activities

You apply methodologies to answer to development organization bids, learn how development agencies function and run their development projects, and how to read and understand the terms of reference of a development project.

  1. Building Relationships with ODA partners
    • Background on market/region and key players 
    • Research on identified accounts
    • Support in content development for regional ABM strategy (insights, webinars, articles, podcasts etc.)

    • Strong writing skills in English
    • Recently completed an undergraduate or masters degree
    • Full working proficiency in English and Spanish
    • Working proficiency in Portuguese is a plus
