Seedstars Mexico is composed of three fully operating coworking hubs (Seedpaces) at the heart of Roma Norte, and a strong network of partners and supporters across the country willing to create a truly impactful ecosystem. 

About the Job

As a Community Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our community members (startups, partners, coworkers). You will work closely with the Sales and Operations team to support and improve their processes. We believe a positive community experience impacts overall growth so you will have the autonomy to propose and ensure that this is achieved.

The day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Organize events around startups and entrepreneurship
  • Support in the optimization of processes to ensure a lean of the hub
  • Manage the community within the space and attract new members as well as potential collaboration opportunities

Your Profile

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details (at the question "Why do you believe you are a great fit for this role? start your answer with the word "kiskil") 
  • Passion for startups and technology, particularly in emerging markets is a MUST
  • Spanish and English Proficiency
  • Effective communication skills as you will be in touch with diverse stakeholders (entrepreneurs, mentors, partners etc
  • Strong belief in getting things done.
