About the Job

You will be part of the Strategy & BI team, directly reporting to the Chief Business Officer. The mission of this team is to drive QuickCheck growth through strategic planning and business performance management, by analyzing data and ensuring its quality across the organization. As a Senior BI Analyst, your main duties include extracting raw, transforming, visualizing and presenting company / product / credit portfolio / growth & marketing data, in the form of interactive dashboards or business reports of executive level. You will also work cross-department to implement initiatives to improve data management practices.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop BI solutions that meet business needs
  • Conduct accurate and insightful analysis to various business stakeholders
  • Preparing reports for top management that effectively communicates trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data, with a strong understanding of the business impact
  • Continuously monitor data management processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Update and maintain metadata (data dictionaries) across the business
  • Drive data quality management effort
  • Coach and provide guidance to other members of the team

Your Profile

  • 5+ years experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization
  • In-depth knowledge of data management pillars, best practices and standards
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze significant amounts of raw data, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool
  • Technical writing skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot data and high attention to detail
  • Experience in the Credit Industry is a nice-to-have
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in leading a team or mentoring junior team members
