About Seedspace

About the job

Your main objective will be to help build a local community of Seedspace users and to deliver quality service and well maintained facility to coworkers and colivers of Seedspace.

The day to day responsibilities will include:

  • You will be the main contact person for walk-ins, deliveries and Seedspace members

  • Coordinate and provide site visits and tours and to reply in a timely manner to all enquires about the coworking space 

  • Promote the space and community using various means and tools (e.g. social media) to attract new users and facilitate tours of the space 

  • Organise trial days for potential members

  • Assist with onboarding new members

  • Coordinate the member relationships (point of contact) 

  • Coordinate with the local Community Manager to leverage the network and shared services 

  • Support the Community Manager with the execution and hosting of events in the space

Your profile:

  • Operational or business development background

  • Business / hospitality experience and/or qualification preferred
