About the Headhunting Partner Role:

In this role, you will be the driving force behind connecting our skilled graduates with exciting job opportunities across the globe. Your extensive industry network and knowledge will empower you to match candidates with positions that align perfectly with their skills and aspirations. For every successful placement, you'll earn a commission equivalent to one month's salary of the placed talent. 

This is a flexible collaboration, where you can leverage your existing network, while making an additional income on the side. We're open to collaborations with both individuals or companies as well.

How It Works:

  1. Identification: Scout for job openings within your network or industry, or directly connect us with companies seeking top-tier talents from the Academy.

  2. Matching: With full access to our talent pool, match job requirements with suitable graduates, applying your insights and expertise.

  3. Placement: Facilitate the smooth transition of candidates into their new roles, ensuring a seamless fit for both graduates and companies.

  4. Reward: For each successful placement, receive a commission equivalent to one month's salary of the placed talent. 

Key requirements:

  • Experienced Connector: Proven experience in talent acquisition, headhunting, recruitment, or human resources with a focus on tech-related roles. A track record of successfully identifying and matching candidates with job opportunities, especially within international high-growth companies.

  • Industry Insight: In-depth understanding of the tech industry, including trends, skill demands, and market dynamics in international markets. This knowledge will be essential for accurately assessing candidate suitability for various roles.

  • Network Maven: Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills. Your ability to establish and nurture connections with global organizations, tech startups, and industry professionals will be crucial for successful placements. Already existing network within high-growth companies in US, Europe, Asia, or Middle East preferred. 

  • Passion for Talent Development: A genuine interest in the growth and development of tech talents. Your enthusiasm for empowering these talents to succeed in the tech industry and contribute to high-growth companies is paramount.

  • Global Outlook: Comfortable operating in a remote and global environment. The role is remote and requires interacting with international partners, so being comfortable working across time zones and cultures is essential.
