Since its inception, Seedstars has supported thousands of entrepreneurs across emerging markets through 40+ long-term capacity building programs, 350+ short-term trainings and 65+ seed stage investments in our portfolio companies across 30+ countries. To tackle our biggest bottlenecks to further impact, we are launching innovative new initiatives to train emerging market talent with the necessary 21st century skills to launch viable ventures and to scale our programs substantially through recurring revenue.
We are therefore now hiring a Talent Partnerships Lead to join our team ASAP and launch our new initiative in locations across the world. The main objective of the role is to generate recurring revenue and launch all associated activities.
The Talent Agency Lead will work very closely with the Partners and Global Incubation Team.

The role will be a part of the Global Incubation Team whose mission is to launch our early stage capacity building initiative that develops 21st century skills by launching ventures, fueled by an inbuilt recurring revenue mechanism. This is our newest strategic initiative, and we aim to launch in all five regions that we are active in, ensuring truly global activities.
The squad works closely with the Partners, the Programs Team, the Distribution Team and the Labs Team.
