Who we are
Seedstars is a global organization with headquarter in Switzerland and a presence in 70+ emerging markets. We are on a mission to impact people’s lives in emerging markets through technology and entrepreneurship. Our initiatives are focused on connecting stakeholders within these ecosystems and investing in the top entrepreneurs.
We have a physical presence in 10 countries across the globe, over 100 team members, and we have a network of over 70,000+ entrepreneurs, investors and mentors in our community.
The Programs team is responsible for running long-term educational programs across the world. The programs range between 3 to 6 months, and are tailored for companies from the very idea stage all the way to expansion. The role of the Programs team is to coordinate all the activities that are done locally, support the local teams when necessary and ensure we deliver excellent quality in every one of the markets where we are present.
About the position
You will be the key person coordinating all the educational programs we are running around the world. Your main objective will be to ensure that (1) we have the best teams available to execute the programs locally (2) the teams deliver programs of excellent quality (3) ensure all the content that is delivered is of the highest standard.
