About Programs 

The Programs team is responsible for running long-term educational programs across the world. The programs range between 3 to 6 months, and are tailored for companies from the very idea stage all the way to expansion. The role of the Programs team is to coordinate all the activities that are done locally, support the local teams when necessary and ensure we deliver excellent quality in every one of the markets where we are present.

About the position

You will be the key person coordinating all the educational programs we are running around the world. Your main objective will be to ensure that (1) we have the best teams available to execute the programs locally (2) the teams deliver programs of excellent quality (3) ensure all the content that is delivered is of the highest standard.

The day to day responsibilities will include:

  • hiring and training the teams that are to deliver the local programs 
  • coordinating with the teams to make sure the programs are running smoothly and as expected
  • help teams to trouble-shoot when unexpected problems occur
  • identify the areas for improvement of the programs and share best practices with all the local teams
  • work hand-in-hand with the external mentors / experts to prepare their sessions and train them how to work with the entrepreneurs to provide the best possible value through the webinars and face-to-face interactions 

Your profile:

  • At least 4 years in operational positions
  • Excellent team player with high levels of empathy
  • Passion for problem solving and striving for excellence
  • Experience creating and managing programs
  • Knack for content delivery
