About the Job:
As a Community Associate Trainee, you will be the first point of contact for our community members (startups, partners, coworkers) and the lead generator of our hubs. We believe a positive community experience impacts overall growth so you will have the autonomy to propose and ensure that this will be achieved. You will have a monday to friday part-time job (4 hours per day) with the flexibility of working from home or having an individual desk in any of our 3 Seedspaces in Mexico. Your monthly salary will be a $5,000 mexican pesos net with no other social benefits included. You will have the right to take all the legal holiday days in your country. Start date is as soon as possible.
After 6 months depending on your development you can be hired as a formal employee in Seedstars and access to all the benefits of full time employees like 35 days vacation per year, flexible remote work, a full time job salary, among others.
